14-15 Heavy Duty is a model specially adapted for special vehicles, with increased capacity, option for custom sizing, and an extra robust design to handle the most demanding environments.

We have developed a heating concept with heating in the bridge, foundation, and ramps as options. Our previous temperature control has been supplemented with moisture control, allowing us to reduce energy consumption by about 50%.
Standard design with two verified scales in one (45+45 tons) allows you to easily perform daily internal checks.
The concrete used for vehicle scale 14-15 is climate-improved concrete and has a service life of at least 50 years. Climate-improved concrete is a term developed by the industry organization Svensk Betong, based on standard concrete as a reference.
Vehicles with trailers can be partially weighed in one step without needing to move the combination. This provides a faster weighing process and allows different materials on the truck and trailer.
An above-ground installation is preferred when space and ground conditions allow. It is thereby easier to clean and inspect the scale, ensuring correct weighing results. Flintab delivers prefabricated foundations, with options for ramp supports and edge protection.
