Vehicle Scale 14-14

Vehicle Scale 14-14 is based on the same fundamental design and well-proven principles as Flintab’s vehicle scale 14-15, but is developed as a ready-packaged and more standardized solution. It offers easy installation and is a cost-effective choice for businesses with basic needs.

The scale is constructed from prefabricated concrete bridges with integrated load cells and is designed for accurate and stable vehicle weighing under Nordic conditions. The construction is robust and adapted for heavy traffic with high loads over long periods.

The bridges are made from reinforced concrete with high strength and are designed to minimize movement and deformation under load. The load cells are protected within the structure to reduce exposure to dirt, moisture, and mechanical impact, which contributes to high measurement accuracy and long service life.

Vehicle Scale 14-14 is available in lengths of 12 and 24 meters with a 3-meter bridge width and can be supplied with or without integrated heating in the bridge. The heating system prevents ice formation and improves operational reliability during winter.

The construction is adapted for surface mounting with a prefabricated foundation, which provides short installation time and minimizes the need for on-site ground work. The scale is dimensioned for vehicle weighing up to 45 or 80 tons depending on configuration and meets the load capacity class BK4.
